Emoji maker — make your own emoji
Three ways to make an emoji that does not exist yet: mash two together, build a combination, or upload a custom one to your own server.

Make a new emoji by mixing two
The closest thing to a real emoji maker is Emoji Kitchen — Google’s feature that mashes two emojis into one hand-drawn sticker. There are around 293,000 of them across 619 emojis, and they download as transparent PNGs.
That is what most people actually want when they search for an emoji maker: a new picture built from familiar parts, ready to send.
01 — Build a combination
Build an emoji combination instead
If you need something for a bio or a caption rather than a picture, a combination does the job — two to four emojis read as one idea, and they work in every app because they are just characters.
The generator rolls new ones from a single palette so the result stays coherent.

How to get your emoji into Unicode
Anyone can submit a proposal to the Unicode Consortium, and it is free — but the bar is high. You need evidence of expected frequency of use, search data, and demand that is not tied to one brand, one country or one trend.
Brand logos, real people and deities are rejected outright. If accepted, the character is published the following year and reaches phones a year after that, once vendors draw the artwork.
